This uniquely exclusive and prestigious private dining opportunity enables guests to savour a delicious cuisine, un-available anywhere else in Hong Kong.  The menus can be custom made for innovativeness per individual event, some favourites are customary, and no event is the same.  

Mandy’s professional innovativeness enables her to create new and refreshing cuisines for you to enjoy, pleases the eye; kick starting those tastes buds!  As a Professional Chef, she creatively demonstrates tasty, wholesome and comforting dishes with specially imported authentic spices from Trinidad to perfect the dishes.  Her signature is based on the healthier lifestyle options without losing the taste of the meal, blends and spices.
